In 2024, NIST hosted the latest in a series of Speaker Recognition Evaluations: SRE24. SRE24 was multi-faceted, featuring three tracks: audio, audio-visual, and visual. This paper is dedicated to deeper analysis of the SRE24 audio track results and expands upon the previously published initial results, to include the impacts of the amount of enrollment speech, number of enrollment segments, audio source-type, languages spoken, presence of multiple speakers in a single segment, as well as system fusion on system performance. This paper also briefly touches on what seemed to be the most successful approaches to speaker recognition among the systems submitted to SRE24, as well as potential future directions for the SRE series.
