The purpose of this paper is to consider the problem of English learners, who, after several years of study are unable to use language properly, especially in spoken language. Speech mastery is of great importance and a strong shift of focus of attention is felt necessary. In this paper, special emphasis will be laid on the oral communicative approaches and some recommendations would be offered for the betterment of spoken language education.
